Fire Cupping

  • Fire Cupping is a powerful therapy used to release deep tension, improve circulation, and reduce stagnation in the muscles and fascia. Unlike massage—which compresses tissue—cupping works by gently lifting and decompressing the tissues, helping tight areas soften and release.

    Fire Cupping can be used on its own or combined with therapeutic massage for an even deeper reset.

    Please note: temporary cupping marks are normal and can last 3–10 days.
